Need a specific character, look, or type of talent? We can help find the right fit for your audience and event. From corporate events and brand activations to conventions, grand openings, community events, and private celebrations, we handle the casting and coordination so you can focus on the event. Request a specific look and we’ll find the perfect fit from our growing talent roster. Let us know we’ll run a casting call to find your character match. ⏳ Booking Notice & Rush Requests We require a minimum 30 day notice for all standard bookings. Need something sooner? Rush bookings are available for an additional fee (quoted case-by-case).
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Appearance requests should be submitted at least **14 days before the event** whenever possible. A **50% deposit** is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due **7 days before the event**. Requests submitted less than 14 days before an event may be accepted based on talent availability and may be subject to a rush fee. ### Cancellation Policy The 50% booking deposit is **nonrefundable** once your booking has been confirmed. If you cancel: * 14+ days before the event: Remaining unpaid balance is canceled with no additional fee. * *8–13 days before the event: 50% of the remaining balance is refundable. * **Within 7 days of the event: No refund is available. If Let’s Go Cosplay is unable to fulfill your confirmed booking, you will receive a **full refund of all amounts paid**. Waitlist Policy If your requested date is unavailable, you may request to join our waitlist. If an opening becomes available, waitlisted clients will be contacted based on the order of their request. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. Additional Information Refunds are processed within **7 business days**. Let’s Go Cosplay reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appearance due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety concerns, severe weather, or talent illness or emergency. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement or reschedule the booking, all amounts paid will be refunded.
