Need high-quality shots of your latest look or an epic photoset to promote your brand? Let us help you find a cosplay photographer who fits your style, budget, and vision. Whether you're preparing for a con, building your portfolio, or planning a themed shoot, we work with a network of talented photographers across Georgia to connect you with the right fit. 📸 We match based on: • Style (studio, outdoor, moody, bright, etc.) • Budget • Location • Availability Once we receive your request, we'll follow up to confirm the details and start the matchmaking process. If we’re unable to find a photographer, no deposit will be required. 🕒 Booking Timeframe: Please submit your request at least 3 weeks in advance. Rush requests may be accommodated with an additional fee. 💳 Payment Process: This is a custom-quoted service. No payment is required at booking. You’ll receive a quote once we’ve found a match. A deposit may be required by the photographer to lock in your session. 📍 Available throughout Atlanta. Travel fees may apply outside metro Atlanta.
Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy 🔹 Booking Policy All appearance requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Rush bookings (under 30 days) may be accepted for an additional rush fee, depending on cosplayer availability. 🔹 Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancel 11+ days before your event: 50% refund of the total booking cost Cancel 8–10 days before your event: 25% refund Cancel within 7 days of your event: No refund If we are unable to match you with a cosplayer, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit. 🔹 Waitlist Policy If your requested date is fully booked, you may request to be placed on our waitlist. Waitlisted clients will be notified if an opening becomes available, and bookings will be offered on a first-confirmed basis. A deposit is not required until your spot is confirmed. ✨ Notes All refunds will be processed within 7 business days. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety issues, cosplayer illness), in which case you will receive a full refund.
