Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy 🔹 Booking Policy All appearance requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Rush bookings (under 30 days) may be accepted for an additional rush fee, depending on cosplayer availability. 🔹 Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancel 11+ days before your event: 50% refund of the total booking cost Cancel 8–10 days before your event: 25% refund Cancel within 7 days of your event: No refund If we are unable to match you with a cosplayer, you will receive a full refund, including the deposit. 🔹 Waitlist Policy If your requested date is fully booked, you may request to be placed on our waitlist. Waitlisted clients will be notified if an opening becomes available, and bookings will be offered on a first-confirmed basis. A deposit is not required until your spot is confirmed. ✨ Notes All refunds will be processed within 7 business days. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety issues, cosplayer illness), in which case you will receive a full refund.
