This Agreement outlines the rights and obligations between you and the Company, including any associated services offered through the website, mobile applications, or any related tools (collectively, the “website” or “services”).

PAYMENTS

a.) Forms of Payment

We accept payment methods offered at the time of purchase. The payment provider may vary by location, device, or service. We may reject any payment at our discretion.

b.) Currency

Payments are processed in the local currency based on your location and in compliance with local laws.

c.) Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Let’s Go Cosplay LLC.

d.) In-App Purchases

All mobile app purchases are subject to both this Agreement and the terms of the app store/platform used.

e.) Free Trials

Free trials are limited to one (1) per user/email. Creating multiple emails to bypass trial limits is prohibited.

ACCESS

Your use of our website and services is subject to your agreement with this document and our Privacy Policy.

a.) Minors (under 18)

Minors must have parental/guardian permission to use the website. Use of the website confirms such permission.

b.) Children (under 13)

Users under 13 must have verifiable parental consent, in compliance with COPPA (15 U.S. Code § 6502).

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

By using our website or services, you agree not to:

Harass or abuse other users
Circumvent security measures
Use our content for commercial gain without permission
Upload viruses or malware
Impersonate another person or user
Scrape or copy content using bots or scripts
Spam other users or services
Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

Users must:

Have firsthand experience
Avoid offensive or misleading content
Not coordinate review schemes

We reserve the right to remove or reject any review.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

USER OBLIGATIONS

Not use automated tools to create accounts or scrape data

USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for your account and password security. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

USER SUBMISSIONS & CONTENT

Illegal, obscene, or harassing

THIRD PARTY CONTENT

We are not responsible for the content, practices, or services of linked third-party websites. You access them at your own risk.

ADVERTISING

We may host advertisements. We are not liable for their content or any damages resulting from them.

SITE MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to:

Monitor for violations
Remove harmful or abusive content
Limit or disable access as needed

TERMINATION

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

a.) Mediation

Unresolved disputes will go to mediation with a 30-day window and 10 hours committed per party.

b.) Arbitration

If mediation fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Georgia.

“AS-IS” DISCLAIMER

All services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about:

Uptime or bug-free operation
Fitness for any particular purpose
Freedom from viruses or errors

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let’s Go Cosplay LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use or misuse of the website or services.

Terms & Conditions for Photo Sharing

Thanks for checking out the terms and conditions that cover Let’s Go Cosplay's use of your photographs and images. We’ll refer to these terms and conditions as “Terms.” The full Terms are laid out below. However, make sure you read the entire thing before agreeing to be photographed.

TERMS

By participating in photoshoots and/or events governed by Let’s Go Cosplay LLC or in collaboration with other business entities, you are therefore agreeing to our use of your image/photograph according to these Terms. You agree that you have read and fully understand these Terms and will comply with them in their entirety.

LET’S GO COSPLAY’S USE OF PHOTOGRAPHS AND CONTENT

You keep all of your ownership rights to any photograph or other content but give us permission to use the photograph as determined by us. By participating in Let’s Go Cosplay events and/or photoshoots, you are agreeing to our use of a photograph or other content, including but not limited to photo captions, your name, and the names of any person appearing in the content (collectively, “Content”), you grant us the worldwide, unrestricted, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable right to:

(a) Publish, publicly display and perform, modify, edit, alter and otherwise use the Content in whole or in part, without further consent, review or participation from you, for any purpose throughout the world (including commercial and promotional) in any medium or format now existing or hereafter created, including but not limited to print or recorded material, websites, and social media platforms; and
(b) Use your name, commentary, and other information about you in connection with the Content.

We reserve the right to use, not use, or discontinue using any Content in our sole discretion at any time.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION, WAIVER, AND INDEMNITY

If you have a disagreement with us or think any of your Content has been used without your permission or in violation of your rights, let us know so that we can try to work it out. You can reach us at letsgocosplayco@gmail.com.

You irrevocably waive all rights and agree to release and hold harmless Let’s Go Cosplay LLC from any and all claims, costs, expenses, damages, causes of action and/or liabilities, of any nature, whether direct or indirect, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising out of or relating to the Content, including but not limited to:

Defamation
Invasion of privacy or publicity rights
Violation of any moral or artist rights
Personal injury, damage to property, or any other similar matter

You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Let’s Go Cosplay LLC harmless from any claim or cause of action related to your violation of any of these Terms & Conditions.

ENFORCEABILITY

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or otherwise unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

DEFINITION

When we refer to “Let’s Go Cosplay” or “us” or “our” or “we” in these Terms & Conditions, we mean Let’s Go Cosplay LLC and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, sub-licensees, and assigns.

Sweet Reez Bakery Terms & Conditions

A division of Let's Go Cosplay LLC

Thank you for choosing Sweet Reez! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These help ensure clarity, fairness, and a sweet experience for all.

1. Order Notice

All orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance.
Large or custom orders may require up to 10 days' notice.
Rush orders are accepted based on availability and may include an additional fee.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment is required to confirm your order. Orders are not reserved until payment is received.
Accepted payment methods: [Cash App, Venmo, Credit/Debit, Zelle, etc.]

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders canceled more than 72 hours before the pickup/delivery date may be refunded.
Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
Missed pickups or no-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is available. Location will be confirmed upon order.
Please arrive on time for pickup. Orders not picked up within 30 minutes may no longer be guaranteed fresh.
Delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on distance and availability.
We charge a $10 delivery fee within 10 miles of our location. For locations beyond 10 miles, we charge an additional $1.85 per mile. (Max Delivery 25 Miles)

5. Design Disclaimer

All Sweet Reez products are handmade. While we strive to match design requests, slight variations may occur in color, detail, or presentation due to the nature of custom baking.

6. Allergy Disclaimer

All items are prepared in a home kitchen under Sweet Reez, where common allergens may be present, including but not limited to: nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Rush Orders

Orders placed with less than 5 days' notice are considered rush orders and may incur a $10–$20 fee, depending on size and complexity. Rush orders are not always accepted and depend on our schedule.

8. Weather & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delivery delays, cancellations, or damages caused by uncontrollable events such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or power outages. We will do our best to communicate and reschedule if needed.

9. Photos & Social Media

We may photograph your order for use on our social media or website. If you prefer not to have your order shared, please let us know when placing your order.
